Legal
These Terms govern your use of the public EnrichMyCare website. They do not govern use of the EnrichMyCare digital services or an NHS Managed Clinical Pathway Transformation engagement, which are subject to separate terms.
Version 1.2 — Effective 5 September 2026 · Enrich Digital Technologies Ltd, trading as EnrichMyCare — Company No. 10203894 · Registered office: 1 Mackworth Avenue, Littleover, Derby, DE23 3WB · Registered in England and WalesThe EnrichMyCare website is operated by Enrich Digital Technologies Ltd (“EnrichMyCare”, “we”, “us”). These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you visit or use our public corporate website, including pages describing EnrichMyCare, our approach, care pathways, evidence, insights, news and other publicly available material.
By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
Use of the EnrichMyCare Family & Child app, Professional/Clinician dashboard, School-Linked referral portal and related digital services is governed by our separate User Terms. Services supplied to NHS organisations and other customers under a Managed Clinical Pathway Transformation engagement are governed by the applicable contractual arrangements.
The website provides general information about EnrichMyCare, our services, methodology, technology, evidence and areas of work. We take reasonable care to keep this information accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information and does not constitute clinical, medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Nothing on the public website creates a clinician-patient relationship, establishes an NHS referral or care pathway, or should be relied upon to make decisions about an individual child’s diagnosis, treatment or care. If you need advice about a child’s health or care, contact an appropriate healthcare professional or the child’s care team.
The website is not an emergency service. If someone needs urgent medical attention or is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to the nearest A&E.
We may publish evidence, service-evaluation findings, case studies, illustrative pathway models and reported outcomes from particular projects or care settings. Where figures or outcomes are presented, they should be read in the context stated on the relevant page or material.
Results achieved in one organisation, pathway, cohort or project do not guarantee the same result elsewhere. Actual outcomes depend on factors including local demand, capacity, workforce, pathway design, implementation, population and organisational context.
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content — including text, graphics, diagrams, pathway models, designs, branding, documentation, methodologies and other materials — are owned by or licensed to Enrich Digital Technologies Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may view the website and may download or print reasonable extracts for your own personal, professional or internal organisational reference. You must not, without our prior written permission:
“EnrichMyCare”, “Care Forward” and other names, logos or branding displayed on the website may be trade marks or other protected brand assets. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.
You must use the website lawfully and must not:
The website may contain links to NHS organisations, regulators, research publications, partner organisations or other third-party websites and resources. These links are provided for information and convenience. Unless we expressly state otherwise, we do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
A link from our website does not by itself mean that EnrichMyCare endorses every statement, product or service on the linked website.
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information in connection with the website and EnrichMyCare digital services. Our Cookie Notice explains how cookies and similar technologies are used on our public website and the choices available to you.
Where a website form asks you to provide personal information, please provide only information relevant to the purpose of that form. Do not use general website contact forms to send urgent clinical information or information requiring emergency action.
We aim to keep the website available and useful, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may suspend, withdraw, change or update any part of the website without notice where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal, regulatory or business reasons.
We may update website content as our services, evidence and regulatory position develop. Material on the website should therefore be read as current at the date indicated, where a date is provided.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general public-website information as a substitute for appropriate professional advice, or from third-party websites that we do not control.
If you use the website in the course of a business or profession, EnrichMyCare will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the public website, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Section affects any separate liability arrangements agreed with an organisation under an EnrichMyCare contract.
You may link to publicly available pages on our website in a fair and lawful way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an association, approval or endorsement that does not exist. You must not frame our website within another website or present our content in a misleading context. We may ask you to remove a link where it is misleading, unlawful or materially harmful to EnrichMyCare.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Your use of the website after an updated version takes effect is subject to the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are acting in the course of a business or profession, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the public website. If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of the country in which you live, and nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
